JCI Innovation is a local organization within JCI Norway for young adults who want to develop their skills in business, leadership, entrepreneurship, and personal growth.

Our focus is on learning by doing. Through projects, workshops, company visits, keynote speakers, and leadership opportunities, members gain practical experience and valuable skills that are often difficult to access early in their careers.

We collaborate with businesses, entrepreneurs, startups, and experts to create relevant learning opportunities and meaningful connections.
